This is an example of a very basic Roof Inspection Form made mobile. This application was designed to collect only the basic facts of the building and roof so you can schedule a more complete inspection at a later date. This form can either be filled out by the roofing company employee while on site and can be sent from the roofer from their mobile device as a PDF to the prospect's email address.
