This typically happens once a year or so at the annual safety inspection, but with car rentals, inspections are performed more frequently.

Inspecting the rental vehicle for damage when delivering or collecting the car, the checklist ensures that all important information is captured including the details of the rental vehicle (model, year, license plate number, insurance company) and any issues or defects found.

Photo and signature capture allows the user to observe, document, and confirm any damage or defect observed before and after delivery to the client. For example, if the incoming car had broken windshield wipers, you could add a note along with a photo documenting the damage within the app. When all of the information is captured, the app allows the user to send the form directly to the client and the back office for filing.
