The nature of the duty can be specified by the organization (patrol, staff duty, etc.) and time period (week, day, hours, etc.). For each day, you can build a roster of names including their grade, time slots, and whether or not they have performed their duties. This is a simple project management and work schedule tool that can be used in various ways.
This roster planner template is available on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device. Since this duty roster sample app is customizable, you can also use it to list the daily duty for each active member, detail any special duty for an active member, and list any roster changes. You can also capture the signature of each person on the daily duty schedule. Each roster is saved in your GoCanvas Cloud and can be shared as a PDF if it needs to be given to others.
