How do I pay for Canvas?
When you initially sign-up for Canvas, you are given a 30 day free trial to try Canvas out and make sure it fits your needs for replacing paper-based forms with customized Canvas Apps on your mobile devices. Once you have determined that Canvas is a good fit for you, you'll need to put yourself onto a paid plan so you can continue using Canvas beyond the trial period. To sign-up for a payment plan, follow the steps outlined below...
Navigate to 'my account'
Billing information and user settings can be found on the 'my account' page. To access the 'my account' page, log into Canvas at www.gocanvas.com and click on the "My Home" option in the blue navigation bar. Then choose "My Account". You must be logged in to get the "My Home" option. Make sure you see your username (email address) in the upper right hand corner. That tells you that you are logged in.
Select Canvas plan and enter billing information
On the 'my account' screen, at the bottom of the screen is the list of users associated with your Canvas account. To select a Canvas plan and pay for Canvas, click the 'Change' link next to your user account under Service Plan. Once you click on the 'Change' link, you will be walked through a series of steps to enter payment information and choose a payment plan.
You should put yourself on a payment plan first. After that you can change the plan for each user you have added to your account by going through the same steps as above. Moving forward, anytime you add a new user you will be asked to put them on a specific payment plan. Each user an be on a different plan based on their individual submission needs.
Canvas pricing and plan information
To learn more about how Canvas is priced and what plans are available, please see our help topic - How is Canvas priced? You may edit your Canvas Apps anytime you wish. You may also create as many separate Canvas Apps as you need for your business. No matter what pricing plan you choose from Canvas, you can edit/build Apps anytime you want and you can utilize as many separate Canvas Apps as you want. You can add new Canvas Apps from our Application Store anytime, too. Those are all inluded as part of the service. Any Canvas App you get from the Application Store an be edited by you right online so you can customize it for your individual needs.
You can replace ALL of your paper forms with Canvas! Canvas provides a platform that can grow and evolve with your organization.

If i have multiable apps do i have to pay for each app seperatly or is that included in the monthly or yearly service

Since we don’t collect any payment information during your 30 day free trial, there is nothing you need to do in order cancel a free trial. It is completely free and runs out after your 30 days.

You don’t pay for the number of apps, just submissions or number of users. The apps are free!
