Navigate to 'my account'

At My Account, at the bottom of the screen is the list of users associated with your Canvas account.  To select a Canvas plan and pay for Canvas, click Change next to your user account under Service Plan.

Now you will be walked through a series of steps to enter payment information and choose a payment plan.

If you are the admin, put yourself on a payment plan first.  After that you can change the plan for each user you have added to your account by going through the same steps as above.  Anytime you add a new user you will be asked to put them on a specific payment plan.  Each user can be on a different plan based on their individual submission needs.

Since we don’t collect any payment information during your 30 day free trial, there is nothing you need to do in order cancel a free trial.  It is completely free and runs out after your 30 days.

You don’t pay for the number of apps, just submissions or number of users.  The apps are free!

Is there a way to link all the users and put them all on the same plan and submit payment once for everyone? Along those lines, if I were to go monthly, would the account expire after 30 days or does it automatically charge the card and renew for the next month?

Hello Steve,

We do offer to bulk upload users into the system. You can pick the same plans across users, and get a charge all at once. Here is a link that explains:

If you were to go with a monthly plan, the plan will automatically renew for the next month unless you disable that user(s). You can always view when your account is set to renew right from your account page.

Please let us know if you have any questions.
