Posted in My Apps, App Builder, My Account, My Profile, Troubleshooting

When you sign up for Canvas, you are given a 30 day free trial to try Canvas out and make sure it fits your needs for replacing paper based forms with your Android, Windows Mobile or BlackBerry mobile device.  Once you have decided that Canvas is a good fit, and you want to use it long term, it is easy to choose a plan and start paying for Canvas.

Navigate to 'my account'

Billing information and user settings can be found on the 'my account' page.  To access the 'my account' page, log into Canvas at www.gocanvas.com and click the 'my account' link located at the top right of the page.  The below screenshot highlights the 'my account' link.

Select Canvas plan and enter billing information

On the 'my account' screen, at the bottom of the screen is the list of users associated with your Canvas account.  To select a Canvas plan and pay for Canvas, click the 'Change' link next to the user.  Once you click on the 'Change' link, you will be prompted for what Canvas plan to use.  In addition, if you have not yet set up billing information, you will be prompted for how you would like to pay for Canvas.  The below screenshot highlights the 'Change' link to click to get started selecting a Canvas plan and paying for Canvas.

Since we don’t collect any payment information during your 30 day free trial, there is nothing you need to do in order cancel a free trial.  It is completely free and runs out after your 30 days.

You don’t pay for the number of apps, just submissions or number of users.  The apps are free!
